Choose your route and discover the region’s signature spirits through expertly crafted cocktails or spirit tasting flights. Air France takes you straight to the streets of Cognac, France, while Oaxaca Airlines offers a return ticket to Mexico. And don’t worry—at Sumventure, both carry-on and emotional baggage are always welcome on board.

Sumventure is the cocktail bar where adventurous drinkers can discover new spirits through both signature cocktails and tasting flights. The flights are not a one-way ticket to a tropical island; instead, they are designed to introduce you to as many new flavors as possible. Choose a cocktail flight or focus on a specific spirit you’d like to explore. From there, the bar team will guide you through a tasting experience of three carefully selected glasses, each highlighting different flavor profiles.

Both the cocktail menu and the tasting flights are divided into three distinct classes:
