Get ready for boarding! In 25 signature cocktails, this cozy neighborhood bar takes you on a journey around the world. Travel from Oaxaca to the Scottish Highlands, then on to Japan and Haiti, exploring the unique flavors and spirits that define each destination. Choose your route and discover the region’s signature spirits through expertly crafted cocktails or spirit tasting flights. Air France takes you straight to the streets of Cognac, France, while Oaxaca Airlines offers a return ticket to Mexico. And don’t worry—at Sumventure, both carry-on and emotional baggage are always welcome on board.
Sumventure is the cocktail bar where adventurous drinkers can discover new spirits through both signature cocktails and tasting flights. The flights are not a one-way ticket to a tropical island; instead, they are designed to introduce you to as many new flavors as possible. Choose a cocktail flight or focus on a specific spirit you’d like to explore. From there, the bar team will guide you through a tasting experience of three carefully selected glasses, each highlighting different flavor profiles.
Both the cocktail menu and the tasting flights are divided into three distinct classes:
Economy Class – Perfect for those who want to discover classic cocktails or gain a basic understanding of a spirit.
Business Class – Creative signature cocktails and exceptional must-try spirits.
First Class – The finest cocktails and premium spirits, showcasing the very best Sumventure has to offer.

To complement our tasting flights, we offer a variety of bar bites to satisfy your cravings. Enjoy options like oven-baked Camembert, Nachos topped with jackfruit and melted cheese, or our Chicken & Waffle. Prefer something local? We’ve partnered with one of the 18 Cheesemasters of the Netherlands, Jan Scheerkaas, to bring you his exclusive creation—the Oude Domtoren Cheese, available only at our bar.
For those who love charcuterie, try one of our carefully curated boards featuring premium cured meats from Italy and Spain. And if you’re in the mood for something sweet, we’ve got you covered with rich lava cake, traditional pastel de nata, and our homemade churros.
We also offer chicken wings from Papa and Bara’s (a Surinamese delicacy) from Mama!
